Exotic Mushroom Mix

Oyster Mushroom, boletus, paris mushrooms, shiitake and foliotes. Collected in season, sorted, graded, hand cleaned and individually quick frozen.

Wild frozen mushrooms retain as much flavour and oils as fresh, they do not need to be rehydrated and are used in recipes in the same proportions.

Also available: Italian mushroom mix, Forest mushroom mix, porcini (Boletus Edulis) and yellow  chantarelle.
